Cooking Substitutions

You ever find yourself cooking and you either ran out of something needed or you forgot to pick up an ingredient for a certain recipe you are following? Well this list will come in handy especially for you folks that don't have much in your pantry. I have found myself at a couple of my friends homes doing some cooking and all they have in their fridge is just condiments (which I find funny, but thats a bachelors life), so I end up having to improvise most of the time when I'm cooking at their house. Many of these I have found on the net and a good handful of them I use. If you have any that you use that are not on this list shoot them to me.


Allspice
